Payment Terms 

The total purchase price of the diamond is $1,000, to be paid in five equal payments of $200.

Payment Schedule:

• First Payment: $200 — Due upon agreement. Upon receipt of the first payment, the diamond will be shipped to the customer.
• Second Payment: $200 — Due October 15, 2026
• Third Payment: $200 — Due November 15, 2026
• Fourth Payment: $200 — Due December 15, 2026
• Fifth and Final Payment: $200 — Due January 15, 2027

By making the first payment, the customer agrees to the payment schedule and all terms stated herein.

Ownership: The customer will not obtain legal ownership of the diamond until all five payments totaling $1,000 have been received in full. Until the final payment is received, the diamond remains the property of the seller.

The customer agrees to make all payments in accordance with the schedule above. Failure to make any payment when due constitutes a violation of these payment terms and may result in the seller pursuing legal remedies to recover the diamond, unpaid balance, and any other amounts permitted by law, including reasonable legal and collection costs where permitted by law.

By submitting the first payment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

No signature is required upon delivery. You may return your diamond for any reason within 14 days of delivery. If no return request is processed within 14 days, Customer agrees to the terms and payment schedule herein.
