Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Diamond First. We are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently.


1. Shipping Method

Standard orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope.

  • Upon purchase you will receive a tracking number

  • Delivery typically occurs within 1–3 business days after shipment

  • Shipping speed is not guaranteed and may vary due to USPS delays, holidays, or weather


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation once your order has shipped.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.


4. Delivery Time Delays

Most orders arrive within 3 business days after shipment.
Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in USPS possession


5. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. The customer is responsible for orders lost due to:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Packages returned due to address errors may be reshipped to a corrected address or reimbursed to the customer minus shipping costs.

  • If a package is returned, and reshipped, additional shipping fees may apply.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  • Please check with household members and neighbors

  • Contact your local USPS office

  • Allow 24–48 hours in case of delivery scan errors

If your package is lost in transit, a claim will be filed with USPS and a refund issued pending the outcome of the claim. Orders will not be refunded if tracking information shows the package was delivered. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. Diamond First is not responsible for packages once they are confirmed delivered by the carrier. Customers may process a claim with the carrier once the package is delivered. 


7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the damaged packaging and product

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
