4.02 Carat VVS2 Color-E Ideal-Cut Lab Grown Diamond (IGI#815679789)

By submitting this $100 deposit, the Customer agrees to the following terms regarding the purchase of the diamond:

1. Total Purchase Price
The total purchase price of the diamond is $1,500.

2. Deposit
The Customer will pay a $100 deposit to reserve and have the diamond shipped for inspection. The $100 deposit will be applied toward the total purchase price if the Customer decides to purchase the diamond.

3. Shipment & Tracking
The diamond will be shipped to the Customer, and a shipment tracking number will be provided to the Customer.

4. 14-Day Inspection Period
The Customer will have 14 calendar days from the date the diamond is delivered to inspect the diamond and decide whether to complete the purchase.

5. If the Customer Purchases the Diamond
If the Customer decides to purchase the diamond, the Customer must pay the remaining $1,400 balance. Once the $1,400 balance has been paid, the customer will have purchased this diamond in full.

6. If the Customer Returns the Diamond
If the Customer decides not to purchase the diamond, the Customer must return the diamond at the Customer’s expense and provide the return shipment tracking number.

The diamond must be returned within the 14-day inspection period and in the same condition in which it was received, including its accompanying IGI certification provided with the diamond.

7. Refund of Deposit
After the returned diamond is received and inspected to confirm that it has been returned in the required condition, the $100 deposit will be refunded to the Customer.

The Customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the diamond.

8. Agreement to Terms
By submitting the $100 deposit, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Deposit & Inspection Agreement.
