The $100 deposit will be applied toward the total purchase price if the Customer decides to purchase the diamond.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e3. Shipment \u0026amp; Tracking\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe diamond will be shipped to the Customer, and a shipment tracking number will be provided to the Customer.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e4. 14-Day Inspection Period\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe Customer will have \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e14 calendar days from the date the diamond is delivered\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e to inspect the diamond and decide whether to complete the purchase.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e5. If the Customer Purchases the Diamond\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIf the Customer decides to purchase the diamond, the Customer must pay the remaining \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e$1,400 balance\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e. Once the $1,400 balance has been paid, the customer will have purchased this diamond in full.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e6. If the Customer Returns the Diamond\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIf the Customer decides not to purchase the diamond, the Customer must return the diamond at the Customer’s expense and provide the return shipment tracking number.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe diamond must be returned within the 14-day inspection period and in the \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003esame condition in which it was received\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e, including its accompanying IGI certification provided with the diamond.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e7.
